The Art of Allowing
The Art of Allowing
Ok so the past few weeks I have to say have been quite enlightening for me. I have learned a lot about myself, well I should say remembered a lot. When we begin to remember who we are it is an amazing feeling, an ahh haa moment. I do realize that I never “remembered” before because I needed to learn everything that I have learned. My management, business and people skills that I have developed will assist me in my future endeavors. This week one big moment for me was the lesson of “allowing”
I’m sure you have heard all the talk on the law of attraction and thoughts are things and all this “new age “ thought stuff. Well first of all there is nothing new about it. These ideas have been around forever. Since this universe was created we have been able to create our world, and create we did, look around you, what do you see, take a deep breath and realize that you created it, you allowed it. Good or bad, at some point you had a thought and eventually that thought became real it manifested into reality.
It took me some time to accept this, at the same time though it is a relief because, it is fun creating. Now though The big thing in all this law of attraction stuff is allowing,
You can make all the wishes, goals, desires and good thoughts that you want but if you don’t allow the universe to provide it, it can’t.
I know what do you mean if I desire it obviously I’m allowing it. That is what I thought too, Until I had something happen this week. I was blessed with an opportunity to learn to remember. I had something happen that I could not even imagine happening, it was a blessing,
Then I started thinking how did something happen even better than I desired?
The reason, I set my intention and then handed over the results to the universe. I allowed my guides my angels my team to get it done, and they did a wonderful job.
Now this was a great lesson because it made me finally realize that we can’t do everything ourselves, I have always been very independent never wanting the help of others to the point of feeling guilty if I accepted any help. I always said we are born alone and we die alone so the only person you need to worry about is yourself, I still believe this in the sense that we need to take responsibility for ourselves, but the big ahh haa was we are not born alone or die alone we have our team with us our support system that is there the day we jump into this human body and the day we leave it to guide us back home. That team is what helped me this week because no one else could of it took several events to come to manifestation and it proved to me to this logical mind that everything is not logical. And we all have help we just need to accept it. To allow it. Because by allowing them to help me I am helping them.
This definition explains it nicely.
A team comprises a group of people or animals linked in a common purpose. Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent subtasks.
A group in itself does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses. Team members need to learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential, and create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations.
Hand over your intentions listen for guidence and follow it. It is amazing what you'll accomplish.
So I say thank you to my team and I look forward to accomplishing so much more with them and I look forward to our accomplishments helping you.
Peace and Light,
